Three killed as vehicle plunges into ravine

Three people were killed when a car they were travelling in overturned and fell into a ravine on the Indus Highway near Jamshoro.

According to the police, when the police signaled a vehicle to stop on the Indus Highway, the occupants of the vehicle opened fire on the police and fled.

The police chased the car while retaliating fire, when the speeding vehicle fell into a pit near Khanot. As a result, three occupants of the car died on the spot.

The police said that the bodies of those killed were taken out and shifted to the hospital.
