Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan threatens to attack Israel

Turkish President Tayyip Reccep Erdogan has warned Israel that Turkey may enter Israel with military forces over Gaza attack.

He said this while addressing a meeting of the Turkish ruling party. Erdogan has intensified his rhetoric against Israel and indicated that Turkey may intervene in support of the Palestinians.

According to the foreign news agency Bloomberg, while addressing the meeting, the Turkish president said that there is no work that we cannot do. Turkey may also enter Israel with military forces, as it did in the past in Libya and Azerbaijan’s Nagorno-Karabakh region.

The Turkish president said that we need to be strong to take this step so that Israel cannot commit further aggression against Palestine.

On the other hand, Israeli Foreign Minister Israel Katz responded to Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’s statement on social media website X.

In his message, he says that Erdogan is following in the footsteps of Saddam Hussein and threatening to attack Israel. He should only remember what happened there and how it ended.

It should be noted that after the Israeli attack on Gaza, Erdogan recalled the Turkish ambassador and suspended trade with Israel.
