Viral: PPP’s Sharmila Farooqi, family meet Ambanis

Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Sharmila Farooqi recently shared a photo on her Instagram account featuring herself with Asia’s richest man, Mukesh Ambani.

The Member National Assembly (MNA) is currently vacationing in Paris with her family to celebrate her birthday.

Farooqi delighted her followers by posting an Instagram story showing her unexpected encounter with the Indian billionaire at Disneyland Paris. The photo also included her husband, Hisham Sheikh, and their son, Hussain.

A day prior, the PPP lawmaker posted a photo with Mukesh Ambani’s daughter, Isha Ambani, who was also visiting Paris. Farooqi captioned the picture, “Ambani Ambani karte karte mil hi gayi Isha Ambani [While talking about the Ambanis, I ended up meeting Isha Ambani herself.].”

Mukesh Ambani, the chairman of Reliance Industries, is the 9th richest person globally and the wealthiest individual in Asia, with a net worth of $116 billion. He has been in the spotlight recently due to the lavish wedding celebrations of his son, Anant Ambani, to Radhika Merchant. The wedding festivities concluded on July 14 with a grand reception, following the wedding ceremony on July 12.
