Over the past few years, WhatsApp has adopted several features from Instagram. The WhatsApp Status function, which allows users to share temporary updates, was inspired by Instagram Stories, and more recently, the Channels feature, reminiscent of Instagram’s Channels, was introduced to enhance public communication and information sharing.

With Instagram Reels now potentially making their way onto WhatsApp, the platform is likely to evolve into a more dynamic space, allowing users to engage with short-form video content directly within their chats.

To seamlessly integrate Instagram Reels into WhatsApp, follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Update WhatsApp
Ensure that your WhatsApp app is up-to-date on your Android or iPhone. This will allow you to access the latest features, including Instagram Reels.

Step 2: Find the Meta AI Icon
Locate the Meta AI icon on the WhatsApp home screen, marked by an animated blue-pink circle above the chat list. This new feature brings the Meta AI chatbot to your WhatsApp interface.

Step 3: Open Meta AI Chatbot
Tap the Meta AI icon to open the chatbot interface, which resembles a standard WhatsApp chat window.

Step 4: Enter a Reels Request
In the chat, type a prompt like “Show me Instagram reels” in the text input box at the bottom and send it.

Step 5: Browse Instagram Reels
WhatsApp will quickly respond by showing a selection of Instagram Reels right in your chat interface. You can scroll through and browse these Reels seamlessly.

Step 6: Watch Reels in WhatsApp
