In a statement posted on her official Instagram story, Khan described the treatment of the elderly man as “highly unethical and disgraceful.”
She emphasized the importance of respecting Indian culture and tradition, stating that the ‘dhoti’ and ‘kurta’ are integral parts of the country’s heritage and should be a source of pride.
The Bollywood actor has demanded swift and severe action against those responsible to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.
