What makes cooking oil unhealthy for you?

Experts have made a big revelation on how the oil used for cooking at home becomes unhealthy.

In the subcontinent, oil is commonly used in cooking, be it sweet or savory, edible oil is an essential ingredient in 90 per cent of meals. However, if the same oil is used repeatedly, it causes harmful effects on human health. Nutritionists said that if the same oil is used repeatedly to deep fry any food such as French fries, chicken wings or other items, then this oil becomes unhealthy. Also, any food that is fried in such oil becomes unhealthy due to this oil which damages your brain and heart and affects health.

Experts also believe that if you use oil for cooking, it is not harmful to health, but it can be used as per the need of food.

Frequent frying oil causes oxidative stress and inflammation in the body, leading to impaired brain function, heart disease and other diseases.  When repeated cooking oil was tested on mice, it came to light. Experts believe that it can prove to be just as harmful to humans.

During the research, the experts fed a group of mice food cooked in used oil over and over again. A second group of rats was given the formulation in fresh oil. Mice fed food cooked in used oil had brain disruptions and developed a number of brain disorders or increased components that cause the disease. After the study, experts said that people should avoid frequent use of oil and protect their health from deterioration.
