As anticipation build up for the upcoming lineup of foldable devices, Samsung has announced an unpack event on July 10 in Paris.

The company is set to unveil next generation of Galaxy Ai and a bunch of other cool stuff, so here is what we are expecting:

Samsung Galaxy Fold 6 and the Galaxy Z Flip 6

The highlight of the event will surely be the highly anticipated Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 and a budget friendly the Galaxy Z Flip 6.

As far as specs are concerned, the new Galaxy Z Fold 6 is rumored to have the same 6.3-inch diagonal size as the current generation.

Moreover, the phone’s hinge also looks thinner and on the Chinese social media platform Weibo, Ice notes that in its closed state, the phone’s body is only 1mm wider than the Fold 5, which is 68.1mm wide.

It would be available in Dark Blue, Light Pink and Silver, while it is likely to feature the same camera setup like the Fold 5.

For the Z Flip 6, the “normal” Galaxy Z Flip 6 is currently expected to measure 7.4mm in thickness when unfolded and pack a 4,000mAh cell, up from 6.9mm and 3,700mAh on the Z Flip 5, so Samsung does have a little wiggle room as far as the Z Flip 6 Slim is concerned.

It will reportedly be available in Light Blue, Light Green, Silver and Yellow.

New wearables

Apart from the foldable smartphones, the Galaxy Watch 7, Galaxy Watch Ultra, Galaxy Ring, and the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro are also on cards.

New AI features

The company is also expected to unveil a number of new updates or new additions to its suite of software and services.

This could include enhancements to Bixby, Samsung’s AI assistant, or new features in Samsung Health, SmartThings, or other Samsung apps.

Moreover, to hype up the event, Samsung is also offering a $50 instant credit and potential savings of up to $1,500 for those who reserve one of the upcoming Galaxy devices on their website before the official launch.

The event will be live-streamed as well for those unable to attend in person.
