Renowned Pakistani film director, producer and film writer Syed Noor has revealed that after the flops of Shaan’s films, no one was ready to give him work, but a decision by Nauman Ijaz made Shaan a super hit.

Syed Noor participated in a podcast where he said that Shaan was a talented artist from the beginning, his first and second films became hits as soon as he entered the industry. When there is a hit in our film industry, the crowd moves. After two hits, Shaan was offered more films and he continued to work and the films became flops. There came a time when people stopped watching Shaan and he also stopped caring and then he moved to America.

Noor further said that after Shaan went to America, Madam Nilofar and Shaan’s peon used to tell me to call Shaan back. After that the film Sangham and Ghonghat were planned. Nauman Ijaz excused himself due to some problem, then I got the opportunity and I gave the role to Shaan, he continued.

He further said the director of the film did not want to take Shaan and the buyers of the film also refused after hearing the name of Shaan and asked for money back. But after the release of the film Ghonghat, every on became Shaan’s fan again. Both Shaan and Saima made a comeback in the film and both were liked by the people.
