Shehbaz Sharif Extends Congratulations to United States on 250 Years of Independence

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has extended a congratulatory message to the United States on the completion of 250 years of its independence, conveying greetings to the American leadership and people on the occasion. He said Pakistan joins the United States in celebrating this historic milestone.

In his statement, the prime minister highlighted the role of the Pakistani diaspora in strengthening ties between the two countries, noting that Pakistan–US relations span over seven decades of cooperation and engagement. He said both countries have historically stood together at critical moments, contributing to regional and global stability.

Shehbaz Sharif also appreciated what he described as efforts by former US President Donald Trump toward promoting peace in South Asia and resolving global conflicts. He reiterated Pakistan’s commitment to continuing mutually beneficial cooperation with the United States in the future.
