Pakistan demand independent probe into extra judicial killing

Indian occupation forces killed three Kashmiri labourers in staged encounter in July 2020.

The fake encounter took place in Shopian where they had come to work in an apple orchard.

Moreover, the spokesperson also referred to the revelations that weapons planted on the bodies of the Kashmiri laborers.

It noted Indian troops made it look as though the Kashmiri labourers were armed fighters.

Indian troops wanted to portray it a gun battle.

However, the FO statement called only a tip of the ice-berg of Indian crimes against the Kashmiri people.

Furthermore, Chaudhri said more than 300 innocent Kashmiris have embraced martyrdom in fake ‘encounters’ and staged ‘cordon and search’ operations during the last one year.

Aforesaid victims also included Kashmiri women and children.

Meanwhile, the Spokesperson called upon the international community to hold India accountable for its crimes.

He further urged them to work for resolution of the Jammu and Kashmir dispute in accordance with the relevant UN Security Council resolutions and the wishes of the Kashmiri people.
