Multan Sultans take early lead in HBL PSL9

After taking a convincing 55-run victory, Multan Sultans have secured an early lead on the points table on the HBL Pakistan Super League season nine (PSL9).
The tournament commenced on February 17 and all six teams have played a match each with Multan leading the chart thanks to better run-rate.
They are leading the way with 2.750 run-rate, followed by Islamabad United at 1.159 and Quetta Gladiators at the third spot with 0.800. All three teams have two points each.
Karachi Kings are currently at the bottom of the table with -2.750 run-rate. Defending Champions Lahore Qalandars are at the fifth spot with -1.159 RR and Peshawar Zalmi are at fourth with -0.800.
Top four teams will qualify for the knockouts after round –ribbon matches.
