WATCH: Afghan citizens attack Pakistani consulate in Frankfurt, desecrate national flag

Afghan citizens hurled stones at the Pakistani consulate in German city of Frankfurt and also took down the national flag.

Pakistani diplomatic officials have protested to the German Foreign Ministry and demanded an investigation into the tragic incident that took place in Frankfurt.

According to media reports, during the protest in Frankfurt, Afghan citizens stormed the Pakistani consulate, pelted stones and also pulled down the Pakistani flag. The video of incident is also going viral on social media. Afghan citizens also tried to burn the Pakistani flag.

Pakistani officials said that the German government is responsible for the security of foreign embassies, and the international community is also concerned about the security of embassies.
