USD to PKR rate today – August 20, 2024

The Pakistani rupee (PKR) appreciated against the US dollar in Tuesday’s interbank session to settle trade at PKR 278.34 per USD.
In the open market, the buying and selling rates are 279.00 and 280.20 respectively.
In comparison to major currencies, PKR lost 89.16 paisa against the Euro, closing at 308.39 compared to the previous value of 307.5.
The British Pound became expensive by 73.32 paisa closing at 361.83 compared to 361.1 from a day ago.
Against the Japanese Yen, PKR gained 0.86 paisa, closing at 1.8977 versus 1.9063 a day ago.
The Chinese Yuan lost 3.72 paisa, closing at 38.96 against 39 from the previous session.
The Saudi Riyal closed at 74.19 with a loss of 1.48 paisa from its value of 74.2 a day ago.
The U.A.E Dirham decreased in value by 2.52 paisa from 75.78 a day ago to 75.81.
