Salman Khan wishes to remake this film

Bollywood actor Salman Khan has expressed his desire to remake his father’s film ‘Sholay’.
Recently, the documentary series ‘Angry Young Man’, made on the life of producer Salim Khan and screenwriter Javed Akhtar, was released. Salman Khan and Javed Akhtar’s son Farhan Akhtar also participated in the launchig ceremony.
Meanwhile, Bollywood producer Farah Khan asked Salman Khan which film of Salim and Javed Akhtar would you like to remake?
Taking the name of the instant hit movie ‘Sholay’, the actor said, “If I want to remake any film, it would be Sholay. I can play both Jay and Veeru, while I will also wish to play the villain ‘Gabbar’.”
Speaking on the same, screenwriter Javed Akhtar said that Amjad Khan played the role of the villain Gabbar in Sholay and actors Sanjeev Kumar and Amitabh Bachchan have also expressed their desire to play this role.
