Samsung S25 Ultra RAM, storage specs leaked

The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is just a month away from anticipated unveiling, as more and more details about the devices are making way online.
New leaks reveal that the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is not only have software improvements, but also pack an improved RAM and storage option than its already jacked up predecessor, the S24 Ultra.
According to Jukanlosreve, it will be available in three storage options: 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage, 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage and 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage.
The last Ultra phone to feature 16 GB of RAM was the Galaxy S21 Ultra. Since then every Ultra phone has only had 12 GB of RAM.
With 16 GB RAM is finally returning to help improve Artificial-Intelligence experience in the Galaxy lineup.
Recently, Apple raised the RAM on its base iPhone 16 to 8 GB.
In addition to the RAM and storage options listed above, some other rumored specifications of the upcoming Galaxy S25 Ultra as well.
It seems that it will be quite similar to its predecessor with the only standout feature being the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. Even the battery and display might remain the same.
