Shami equals Saqlain’s ODI record
Indian pacer Mohammad Shami on Thursday equaled the record of Pakistan great Saqlain Mushtaq during the ICC Champions Trophy match against Bangladesh.
The pacer bowled an exceptional spell, where he claimed a fifer and became the joint second-fastest bowler to claim 200 wickets in One Day Internationals (ODIs).
He reached the milestone in 104 innings same as Saqlian Mushtaq.
Starc remains the fastest bowler in world cricket to claim 200 wickets in just 102 innings.
