Hina Durrani, the daughter of Malika-e-Tarannum Noor Jehan, has made some revelations about the grand welcome she received on her arrival in India with her mother.
Hina Durrani, daughter of legendary actress and singer Noor Jehan, recently participated in the podcast of a local TV, during which she shared beautiful memories of her mother’s life with fans.
She said: “After 35 years, my mother went to India for three weeks on the invitation of legendary actors Dilip Kumar and Yash Chopra, at that time I was also with my mother, I was 17 years old and father sent me to India with my mother for dowry shopping.”

According to Noor Jahan’s daughter: “Before leaving for India, we were stopped at the airport in Pakistan due to lack of NOC, but mother was adamant because she had to participate in the show in India. It was the first time in my life that I saw an aircraft first stopped and later allowed to fly with passengers.”
