He returned from the USA talking about the cold weather there, although he initially planned to stay for 5-6 days, but eventually stayed for 10. Junaid Jamshed maintained a regular flow of communication with his family members, reassuring them of his safety. Raazia mentioned that he looked kind of down, like he had some kind of an awakening on the trip.

While taking a Quran class, she received a call from his manager, who first asked if she was okay and then informed her that Junaid’s plane was missing. As her son checked the news online, they discovered the tragic news—the plane had crashed. The flood of calls and visitors to her home left her in a state of disbelief, overwhelmed by the emotional weight of the situation.
