Gold Prices Drop in Pakistan Today

Gold prices in Pakistan fell sharply on Thursday. The price of gold per tola dropped by Rs 4,200, settling at Rs 352,700 in the local market. Similarly, 10 grams of gold decreased by Rs 3,601, reaching Rs 302,383, according to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

The global gold price also declined on Thursday. It dropped by $42\ast \ast to\ast \ast$3,343 per ounce (including a $20 premium). This influenced local market adjustments.

Silver prices followed the trend, falling by Rs 42 per tola. The new rate is Rs 3,417 per tola.
