Gold Prices Drop After Hitting Record Highs in Pakistan
Gold prices in Pakistan fell sharply on Thursday. The price of gold per tola dropped by Rs 4,200, settling at Rs 352,700 in the local market. Similarly, 10 grams of gold decreased by Rs 3,601, reaching Rs 302,383, according to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

Tuesday: Gold per tola rose slightly to Rs 356,900 (up Rs 800).
Thursday: Prices fell due to global trends.
The global gold price also declined on Thursday. It dropped by 42∗∗to∗∗3,343 per ounce (including a $20 premium). This influenced local market adjustments.
Silver prices followed the trend, falling by Rs 42 per tola. The new rate is Rs 3,417 per tola.
