PM declares National Day of Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving Day
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif announced a day of thanksgiving across the country today for giving a befitting reply to Indian aggression and for the success of Operation Banyan Al-Marsoos.
In his special statement, Prime Minister said that this day will be celebrated to offer thanksgiving to Allah Almighty, to pay tribute to the unparalleled bravery of the Pakistani armed forces, and to appreciate the courage and unity of the entire nation.
The Prime Minister said that Operation Bunyan Al-Marsoos gave an effective and forceful response to the enemy’s aggression and Pakistan proved its superiority on every front. We are grateful to Allah Almighty for this success, which has made us victorious.
Shahbaz Sharif said that despite the enemy’s aggression, Pakistan ensured its defense with patience and forbearance but full preparation.
He said that the nation, especially scholars, should organize collective prayers and nawafils across the country today, express gratitude to Allah Almighty, and offer special prayers for the martyrs and veterans.
He further said that the sacrifices of the Pakistani armed forces can never be forgotten, the nation stands by them.
