India cancels 90 flights amid closure of 27 airports over security concerns
Despite a ceasefire between Pakistan and India, 24 Indian airports remain closed.
According to details, the flight operations at 24 airports are still non-functional today despite the ceasefire between both countries; all aircraft have been removed, and today 444 flights have been canceled.
The report states that all flights have been canceled today in various cities, including Amritsar, Srinagar, Jammu, Ladakh, Dharamshala, Shimla, Adampur, and Chandigarh.
The report indicates that 65 daily flights have been canceled from Srinagar Airport, which has been closed for 7 days, all 30 flights from Leh Kushok Airport in Ladakh have been canceled today, while 30 flights from Jammu Airport have also been canceled, and all aircraft have been removed.
In addition, all 14 flights from Dharamshala, 84 flights from Chandigarh today, and 20 flights from Jodhpur Airport have been canceled.
Additionally, 20 flights from Rajkot Hirasar Airport have also been canceled today, and 10 flights from Bhuj Airport in Gujarat have been canceled as well. Moreover, several other airports in India are inactive, and today’s scheduled flights from these airports have been suspended.
