Israel Strikes Tehran, Iran Warns of Devastating Response

Reports of widespread Israeli air strikes are being received from the Iranian capital, Tehran. There have also been reports of attacks on Iranian military installations in Shiraz. 

The Israeli newspaper further reported that the Israeli military said that a drone apparently sent by Iran was shot down by the Israeli Air Force over the Jordan Valley some time ago.

Since this morning, dozens of drones have been sent by Iran towards Israel, most of which have been intercepted before reaching Israel.

On the other hand, the Middle East has entered a dangerous period. Israel threatened to continue attacking Iran, turning Tehran into Beirut, and warned citizens living around nuclear facilities in Tehran to evacuate the area, while Iran warned that Iran’s response to further attacks would be devastating.

The war between Israel and Iran has intensified. The two countries also targeted each other’s important defense and energy infrastructure last night, but Iran’s attack on Israel has shocked the world.

According to the Times of Israel and other Israeli media, 14 Israelis were killed and 200 injured in Iran’s attacks last night. Rescue operations are ongoing. The Israeli president says that last night was very difficult.

The Israeli newspaper reported that Defense Minister Israel Katz has said that Tehran will be turned into Beirut, that Iran made a big mistake by attacking civilians, and that they will taste it.

According to Reuters, an Israeli military official said on Sunday that Israel still has a long list of targets in Iran that have yet to be hit.
