Model Cai Yuxin Dies After ‘Milk Injection’ From Taiwan Doctor

Popular model Cai Yuxin, 40, has died after receiving a dangerous “milk injection” from a well-known doctor in Taipei, Taiwan. The treatment was meant to help her chronic insomnia, but it ended in tragedy.

What Happened?

Cai visited a beauty clinic for a medical injection called propofol, which is used in hospitals for anesthesia. It is often called a “milk injection” because of its white color.

The doctor who gave her the shot is Wu Shaohu, known in Taiwan as the “Godfather of Liposuction.” After giving the injection, he left the clinic, leaving Cai in the care of an assistant who had no nursing license.

Equipment Failed

Local media say the drip equipment may not have worked properly. This caused a large overdose of the drug in a short time. Cai went into cardiac arrest and stopped breathing.

The assistant called Dr. Wu by video for help and tried CPR, but by the time Wu returned to the clinic, it was too late. Cai was rushed to the hospital and remained in a coma for 19 days.

Her family decided to end life support after doctors saw no hope for recovery.

Investigation Underway

Authorities are now investigating the case. Dr. Wu may face charges of medical negligence and violating Taiwan’s Medical Care Act. In Taiwan, only qualified doctors in hospitals can legally give propofol.

A top anesthesiologist in Taiwan, Dr. Lai Xianyong, said, “This drug is dangerous when used without proper training. Clinics using it for sleep issues are breaking the rules.”

Cai had over 32,000 followers on social media. Many fans posted loving messages and called for justice.
