BISP 13500 Latest Update 2025: Check Status & Collect Payment

The Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) has announced great news for beneficiaries who missed earlier payments due to technical or verification issues. Starting this Monday, eligible families will be able to collect:

• Last pending installment
• Educational Scholarship Amount (Wazifa)
• A new payment of Rs. 13,500

According to officials, “The Latest Payment Package Includes: the missed installment from the last cycle, the education stipend (scholarship money for children), and a new payment of Rs. 13,500.” All amounts will be provided together through authorized BISP retail shops.

This update is crucial because many faced issues like “fingerprint mismatch, technical errors, account issues, and system delays,” which caused them to miss their previous payments.

The government has now bundled all pending payments to ensure no eligible family is left behind.

“Always check your payment amount first before giving your fingerprint.” This step is important, as the system marks payments as ‘paid’ immediately after biometric verification—even if the disbursed amount is incorrect.

At every BISP retail shop, “Every shop will have a BISP representative present.” Their job is to:

• Show your full entitled amount
• Help resolve issues or delays
• File complaints on your behalf if needed

People are advised to bring their original CNIC, BISP payment SMS (if received), a child’s B-Form (for wazifa), and a working mobile number.

“If your payment is less than what it should be,” request a confirmation, ask for a complaint to be lodged, and note the complaint number before leaving.

Payments will begin on Monday, and beneficiaries are encouraged to avoid rush hours, bring a trusted person if needed, and “always count the cash before leaving.”
