Atlas Honda set to introduce electric scooter in Pakistan

Atlas Honda Limited has announced that it will launch an electric scooter in Pakistan. This move comes after the government introduced the National Electric Vehicle (EV) Policy to promote eco-friendly transport.

In a notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company said the new electric scooter will be specially made for local customers. Atlas Honda is currently working with government authorities to get the required approvals and permissions.

Before launching, the company will carry out quality checks and road testing to ensure the scooter meets safety and performance standards.

Atlas Honda is a part of Shirazi Investments (Private) Limited, which owns over 52% of the company’s shares.
