Modi Government’s Global Terrorism Exposed: US Court Unveils RAW’s Plot Against Khalistan Leaders

Recent documents filed in a US court have exposed a covert conspiracy by the Indian intelligence agency, Research and Analysis Wing (RAW), targeting Khalistan leaders abroad.

According to these US court documents, Indian businessman Nikhil Gupta admitted to being recruited by a senior Indian officer to carry out a murder conspiracy. Gupta was assigned the task of assassinating Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, who is a US and Canadian citizen and the head of Sikhs for Justice.

The documents further reveal that Gurpatwant Singh Pannun was a close associate of Hardeep Singh Nijjar, a Sikh leader murdered in Canada in June 2023. Canada condemned Nijjar’s killing as a violation of its sovereignty and accused India of involvement.

After returning from Uzbekistan, Gupta was summoned to appear in an Indian court, where he was contacted by a person named “Amanat.” This individual was later identified as Vikas Yadav, an officer of RAW, who reported directly to the Modi government.

Vikas Yadav provided Gupta with Pannun’s address, phone number, and other critical information. Gupta was promised $100,000 to carry out the murder. Moreover, Gupta was reportedly involved in planning further conspiracies to assassinate Sikh leaders in Canada.

The order to kill Pannun was to be executed immediately, but the conspiracy was foiled when Gupta was arrested at Prague Airport. Upon arrest, Gupta immediately revealed Yadav’s involvement.

These documents reveal the Modi government’s use of RAW and criminal networks to target Sikh leaders internationally. The US court filings demonstrate the extent of India’s hostility towards Sikhs abroad.
