NADRA now offers online booking and payment – check details

NADRA has introduced new digital services to make the application process easier for citizens. Now, people can book appointments online through the Pak ID mobile app and pay for their identity documents such as CNIC, B-Form, and Family Certificates from the comfort of their homes.

Online Appointments Made Easy

As part of NADRA’s digital transformation, the Pak ID app will now allow users to book appointments at NADRA centers directly from their phones.

In the first phase, this feature is available at 43 registration centers across Pakistan, including major cities like Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Quetta, Rawalpindi, and others.

This will reduce long queues and waiting times, making the process more convenient and user-friendly.

Easy Fee Payments

The Pak ID app now also supports online payments for ID-related applications. Both local and overseas Pakistanis can pay for Smart ID Cards, Child Registration Certificates, and Family Registration Certificates through:

• Pak ID App (using debit/credit card)

• JazzCash App

• Easypaisa App

• E-Sahulat Franchises

You just need your tracking ID to proceed with payment. NADRA assures that once the payment is made, your documents will be delivered to your address within the expected time.

This initiative aims to save time, reduce hassle, and improve the overall citizen experience with public services in Pakistan.
