BISP Education Stipend: How to submit forms to get payments for children

The Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) has given an important update for women who recently became part of the Benazir Kafalat Programme and have received their first payment of Rs. 13,500.

If your children go to school, you must fill and submit the BISP CM education form so they can start getting their Taleemi Wazaif (educational stipends) on time.

Why You Must Do This

If you don’t submit the form, your children will not receive their educational stipends. This process makes sure the financial help for their studies starts without any delay.

What You Need

To register your children for the education stipend, you will need:

• BISP CM (education) form

• Admission slip from the school (verified by the school)

• Child’s recent photograph

• Parent’s mobile number

Last Date to Submit the Form

You must submit the form before 30 September 2025.

If Your Child Changed Schools

If your child has moved to a new school:

• Get a new verified admission slip from the new school

• Submit it again to your BISP CM so the stipend continues without breaks
