Adelaide Influencer Eli Moulton Survives Freak Scarf Accident That Left Her in Hospital

Adelaide, Australia – August 2025: Popular Adelaide influencer and dress hire business owner Eli Moulton has revealed how a fashion mishap nearly left her “decapitated” after her sheer black scarf got caught beneath a moving car.

The mother-of-two, who had been attending a BMW dealership launch event in Glenelg, shared with her Instagram followers that the long scarf wrapped around her neck was dragged under her car as she drove home, yanking violently and leaving her with a severe friction burn.

Eli rushed to hospital, where doctors treated the painful wound circling her neck.

In a video montage, Eli showed the glamorous strapless black dress and the scarf she had been wearing just hours before the incident. The clips then cut to images of the angry burn around her neck.
