PTCL internet, call services face disruption across Pakistan

KARACHI: Users across Pakistan, including Karachi and other major cities, reported disruption in PTCL call and internet services on Tuesday.

Slow internet speeds have caused serious difficulties for people working online and those running businesses through digital platforms.

Many citizens complained about interruptions and sluggish connectivity, saying daily routines and online services were badly affected.

Minister for IT, Shaza Fatima, said the exact reasons behind the outage are being investigated. She assured that the public will be informed once the causes are identified and corrective measures are taken.

Authorities have yet to confirm how long it will take to fully restore services.
