Light Rain, Pleasant Weather Continue in Karachi

KARACHI – Light rain and drizzle continued across various parts of Karachi on Monday, bringing pleasant weather to the city.

According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), cloudy skies and sea breezes have returned, making the weather more enjoyable for residents. The current temperature is recorded at 27°C, and the maximum temperature is expected to reach 33°C during the day.

The Met Office has forecast intermittent light rain and drizzle throughout the day. However, there is no chance of heavy rainfall in the city, officials confirmed.

Karachi is currently experiencing a monsoon spell that is expected to continue with breaks until September 30.

The rain has helped reduce the heat, and citizens are enjoying the cooler weather. Authorities are monitoring the situation, although no major disruptions have been reported.
