BISP July to September 2025 Payments: Phase 1 Details

BISP July to September 2025 Payments: Phase 1 Details
The Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) has announced that cash disbursements for the July–September 2025 quarter will be made in three phases. The phased approach is aimed at ensuring smooth distribution, reducing delays, and maintaining transparency across the process.
Launched to provide financial assistance to low-income families, the BISP remains one of Pakistan’s largest social welfare initiatives, with a special focus on women empowerment as payments are transferred directly to female beneficiaries.
Payment Schedule
According to the announcement, Phase 1 payments will begin this week, with transfers scheduled from Thursday to Friday (dates vary by district). Details for Phases 2 and 3 will be shared later. Beneficiaries are required to carry their original CNIC, registered mobile phone, and must collect receipts after receiving payments through their wallet accounts.
👉 Officials have urged families: “Do not share your CNIC number or PIN code with anyone.”
Phase 1 Districts
The first phase covers districts across Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Sindh, and Balochistan, including Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Sialkot, Muzaffarabad, Gilgit, Abbottabad, Jacobabad, and Jaffarabad, among others.
Why Phased Distribution?
Officials explained that splitting payments helps avoid overcrowding, ensures security in transfers, and strengthens monitoring to prevent fraud or double payments.
Checking Payment Status
Beneficiaries can verify their payment by sending their CNIC to 8171, using the 8171 web portal, or contacting the nearest BISP center.
Importance of BISP
The program continues to serve as a financial lifeline for millions of families, enabling them to cover food, education, healthcare, and other basic household needs.
With the July–September 2025 payments underway, BISP has once again reinforced its commitment to reducing poverty and supporting vulnerable communities across Pakistan.
