06 October, 2025 10:58

Apple’s newly launched iPhone 17 series is now officially available in Pakistan, with PTA-approved models accessible across the country. In a move aimed at making the latest iPhones more affordable, Standard Chartered Bank has introduced an exclusive installment plan for its credit card holders.

“The bank has introduced this facility for its credit card users, under which credit card holders can now get the new iPhone 17 series on easy monthly installments with 0% markup.”

This offer covers all available models and colors of the iPhone 17 and is part of the bank’s “SC Asan Installment Plan.” Eligible customers can opt for flexible installment tenures of 3, 6, or 12 months.

“Under the ‘SC Asan Installment Plan’ introduced by the bank, customers can choose installments of 3, 6, or 12 months; however, a specific processing fee will be applicable for each period, which will be 2.99% for three months, 5.99% for six months, and 11.99% for twelve months.”

Though the markup on the phone price itself is zero, a processing fee will apply based on the selected installment plan. Additionally, federal excise duty will be charged depending on the customer’s region.

“According to the bank, in addition to this, federal excise duty will also be charged according to the customer’s region. This offer is for limited stock only, and all orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.”

Standard Chartered’s installment offer is only available for a limited time and while stocks last, encouraging interested customers to act quickly.
