Gold Prices Fall by Rs3,000 Per Tola Across Pakistan

Gold Price Falls Rs3,100 Per Tola in Pakistan
Gold prices in Pakistan recorded a significant decline, with the price of gold falling by Rs3,000 per tola, according to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association.
Following the latest decrease, the price of one tola of gold fell to Rs437,836 across the country.
The association said the price of 10 grams of gold also declined by Rs2,572, bringing it down to Rs375,373.
The decline in domestic gold prices came amid a drop in international market rates. Gold prices in the global market decreased by $30 to $4,153 per ounce.
Gold prices in Pakistan generally move in line with international bullion rates, while domestic prices are also influenced by currency movements and market conditions.
The latest reduction provides some relief to consumers and buyers in the local jewellery market after gold prices had remained at elevated levels.
Jewellers and investors closely monitor international gold prices because changes in the global bullion market can have a direct impact on rates in Pakistan.
With the international price currently standing at $4,153 per ounce, further movements in the global market could influence domestic gold rates in the coming sessions.
