Who Is Dillon Gabriel’s Fiancée? Inside His Love Story with Zo Caswell

Zo Caswell officially joined the NFL wives and girlfriends circle after her fiancé, quarterback Dillon Gabriel, signed with the Cleveland Browns in June 2025. The couple’s love story began years ago in Hawaii, long before Gabriel’s professional football career took off.

From Middle School to Lifelong Love

Caswell and Gabriel first met during a seventh-grade orientation class in Hawaii. “We met gardening, funny enough,” Caswell told KOIN in December 2024. “He kept coming closer and closer to me and I was like, ‘Who’s this weird guy?’”

The two briefly dated in middle school but reconnected for good during their junior year of high school. Six months before graduation, Gabriel left Hawaii to play football at the University of Central Florida, beginning a long-distance relationship that lasted three years. In a January 2023 TikTok video, Caswell shared that they were “kinda off and on” during that period. When Gabriel transferred to the University of Oklahoma, he asked her to move with him—and she did. Two years later, he proposed.

A Proud Hawaiian Background

Like Gabriel, Caswell hails from Hawaii. According to her LinkedIn profile, she grew up in Honolulu and feels “extremely grateful” for her island upbringing, which exposed her to “diverse cultures and unique local practices.”

On Instagram, Caswell often posts about returning home. In April 2022, she wrote that she had “never been m Dillon Gabriel’s Fiancéeore excited” to go back to Hawaii.

Academic Journey and Career

Caswell earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in May 2023. She also studied business at the University of Oklahoma from 2022 to 2023 before beginning her master’s degree at Grand Canyon University’s Colangelo College of Business in August 2023, which she completed in 2025.

Alongside her studies, Caswell has built a following on social media, sharing game day outfits and lifestyle vlogs on Instagram and TikTok.

Engagement and Wedding Plans

Caswell and Gabriel announced their engagement in a joint Instagram post on September 1, 2024, writing “9/1/2024 🤍” alongside photos from the proposal.

In a February 2025 TikTok video, Caswell revealed that their wedding is planned for the summer of 2026. “It’s far out but we’ve been so busy that it seems like that’s the best time,” she said. She added that, since Gabriel is Catholic, they plan to have a church wedding followed by a larger, more traditional celebration the next day.

Supporting Gabriel on and off the Field

Caswell has been a constant presence at Gabriel’s games since their high school days. Despite being a dedicated supporter, she admitted to KOIN that watching him play can be nerve-wracking.

“I’m a mess, honestly,” she said. “Everything goes through my mind, but it is fun at the same time and obviously when you get the win at the end of the day it’s the best.”

Gabriel, meanwhile, shared that he is grateful to have someone who “understands you for being you.”

A Couple Full of Admiration

The pair often express their love for one another on social media. In a February 2024 post celebrating Caswell’s birthday, Gabriel wrote, “I couldn’t imagine my life without you. I love growing with you and making memories we will tell our kids about… I’m blessed and lucky I get to love you and be your other half ❤️.”

Caswell echoed his affection in December 2024 when Gabriel placed third at the Heisman Trophy Awards in New York City. “I can’t express enough how proud I am of you,” she wrote. “Going to events like this reminds me of how incredible your journey as a player and a person has been. You inspire me every day. I am so honored to be by your side and share this life with you❤️.”
