Did Ashton Hall Pass Away? Truth Behind 4am Routine Collapse Death Claim
Ashton Hall, the fitness influencer known for his intense 4 a.m. routines, has been trending on Facebook after multiple users falsely claimed that he passed away. Viral posts alleged that Hall collapsed while filming a fitness video and could not be saved despite his team’s attempts to help. These posts suggested that fans were waiting for further updates.
However, Ashton Hall is alive and actively posting on his social media accounts. Investigations reveal that the viral Facebook posts are false, with several pages spreading misinformation, often using AI-generated images. Among the misleading content is a picture of a man and a woman with the text “Katie’s Hopes Joshua’s Games?” overlayed.
About Ashton Hall
The 29-year-old fitness influencer first went viral in March 2025 when users noticed his detailed 4 a.m. morning routine videos. His unique approach quickly caught the attention of other internet personalities, leading YouTube commentary channels to create videos about his routines. Hall’s online fame opened opportunities to collaborate with high-profile figures including MrBeast, DJ Khaled, and actor Glen Powell.
Hall previously aimed to become an NFL player, but due to various circumstances, he shifted career paths. He briefly worked in furniture moving before focusing on fitness and becoming a personal trainer. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he began posting fitness routine videos, which gained significant popularity, prompting him to pursue content creation full-time.
Recent Competitions with IShowSpeed
In other news, Hall faced multiple defeats at the hands of popular streamer IShowSpeed. In June 2025, the two competed in a series of races, with Hall losing four times in a row. After winning three races, IShowSpeed began walking away, prompting Hall to question his departure. The streamer responded that he kept winning and did not want to continue racing, but the pair agreed to compete again in the future.
Following the races, IShowSpeed labeled Hall as allegedly a fraud and accused him of avoiding further challenges. Despite this, Hall insisted that he would defeat IShowSpeed in their next competition, stating, “This is not going to be a good look for you, brother.”
