How Pakistanis can get a Turkey visa for just Rs.17,000 - check details
Turkey has become one of the most popular travel destinations for Pakistanis because of its rich history, beautiful scenery, and modern lifestyle. If you plan to visit Turkey, here’s a simple guide on how to apply for a Turkish tourist visa from Pakistan.
Where to Apply
All visa applications from Pakistan are handled by Anatolia Visa Application Centres, located in major cities such as Islamabad, Lahore, and Karachi. The Turkish Embassy does not accept applications directly, so you must apply through these centres.
Required Documents
To apply for a Turkish tourist visa, you’ll need the following:
-
A valid passport
-
Recent photographs
-
Bank statement to show financial stability
-
Travel health insurance
-
Hotel booking confirmation
-
Return flight ticket
You’ll also need to complete biometric verification (fingerprints) at the time of submission.
Visa Fees
Visa fees must be paid in Pakistani Rupees (cash only), based on the State Bank of Pakistan’s exchange rate from the previous day.
-
Single-entry visa: USD 60
-
Multiple-entry visa: USD 190
The Anatolia Visa Centre also charges a service fee.
-
For general applications, the fee is lower.
-
For VIP processing, which is faster and more convenient, the fee ranges from USD 65 to USD 80.
Processing Time
Once submitted, your application is reviewed by Turkish authorities, which can take a few weeks. If all documents are complete, Pakistani citizens can easily get a Turkish tourist visa and experience the country’s history, culture, food, and stunning landscapes.
