Gold price rises by Rs7,900 per tola in Pakistan – check new rates
Gold prices in Pakistan went up on Wednesday, following the rise in the international gold market. In the local market, the price of gold per tola reached Rs431,562, which is Rs7,900 higher than earlier in the day.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold increased by Rs6,773, reaching Rs369,994. These rates were shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
Just the day before, on Tuesday, the price of gold per tola was Rs423,662 after dropping Rs7,000 during the day.
The international gold rate also went up today. According to APGJSA, the price was $4,092 per ounce, with a premium of $20, which is Rs79 higher than earlier.
Additionally, the price of silver increased by Rs177 per tola, reaching Rs5,422.
