Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha Reveal First Look of Baby, Announce Name

Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha ended weeks of speculation as the couple finally shared the first glimpse and name of their newborn son.

Nearly a month after welcoming their first child on October 20, 2025, the celebrity duo introduced their little one to the world, revealing they have named him “Neer”.

Last month, the proud parents celebrated the arrival with a heartwarming Instagram post that read, “He’s finally here! Our baby boy. And we literally can’t remember life before.”

On Wednesday, November 19, they shared a touching post announcing their son’s name: “Jalasya… Our hearts found peace in an eternal drop of life. We named him Neer — pure, divine, limitless.”

Fans and fellow celebrities showered their love and congratulations. Actor Varun Dhawan reacted with red heart emojis, while Gauahar Khan wrote, “Congratulations.” Comedian Bharti Singh, expecting her second child, added, “aleeeee.” Other stars, including Nimrat Kaur, Saba Pataudi, Kanika Kapoor, and Hardy Sandhu, also sent their best wishes.

A fan commented, “Happy one month lil Neer Wow what for a beautiful name your little boy have.”

For context, Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha exchanged rings in May 2023, married in September 2023 in Udaipur, and announced their pregnancy in August 2025. Parineeti was last seen in Imtiaz Ali’s Amar Singh Chamkila, co-starring singer Diljit Dosanjh.
