“Is Trump a Fascist?” Reporter Asks Mamdani—Trump Jumps In With His Own Answer

Zohran Mamdani, the New York City (NYC)’ new mayor, cordially met with US president Donald Trump at the White House on Friday after months of heated exchanges with each other.

Donald Trump and Zohran Mamdani discussed common issues in the meeting held at the Oval Office.

Following the unexpectedly cordial meeting, the journalist questioned Zohran Mamdani, “Do you think President Trump is a fascist?”

Even before Mamdani could explain the journalist’s question, President Trump said, “He doesn’t mind being called a fascist by Mamdani.”

Addressing Mamdani, the US president said, “You can call him a fascist because it’s easier to say than to explain, and I don’t mind.”

On the other hand, after the meeting, the US president, while talking to the media, said that the meeting with Zahran Mamdani was good and effective. He hopes that Mamdani will manage matters in New York in a good manner and that we will support him and provide all possible assistance so that he can meet the expectations of the people.

Furthermore, Trump said that the better Zohran Mamdani runs New York City, the happier I will be.
