Gold price rises by Rs2,300 per tola in Pakistan - check new rates
Gold prices in Pakistan increased on Saturday, following a rise in the international market.
In the local market, the price of gold per tola went up by Rs2,300, reaching Rs428,862.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold increased by Rs1,972, and was sold at Rs367,680, according to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
A day earlier, on Friday, the price of gold per tola had remained steady at Rs426,562.
In the global market, gold also showed a rise as the international price increased by $23, touching $4,065 per ounce, including a $20 premium.
Silver prices also moved upward. The price of silver per tola rose by Rs48, reaching Rs5,270.
