Renowned Pakistani anchor and journalist Iqrar Ul Hassan has openly discussed his marital life, financial status, and personal assets in a recent interview, marking the first time he has shared such detailed information about his property and income.

Iqrar, who frequently remains in the headlines due to his bold personality, television programs, and private life, especially his three marriages, addressed long-standing public curiosity surrounding his wealth and lifestyle.

Previously, he had described himself as belonging to a middle-class background, but this time he acknowledged that he has been blessed abundantly. According to Iqrar, Allah has granted him everything “a person could dream of.”

Revealing his assets, he shared that his two-kanal house in Lahore’s DHA Phase 8 is nearly complete, with only finishing work pending. While he has been living in a rented home in Karachi, he also owns a one-kanal plot there as an investment.

Discussing his vehicles, Iqrar explained that one of the cars he uses is rented, as most of his funds have gone into constructing his Lahore home. When asked about his salary, he avoided revealing the exact amount, saying that if he disclosed the figure, “people will start debating,” but hinted that his monthly income exceeds five million.

Recalling his early career, he noted that he began as a reporter in Lahore earning just Rs. 15,000 per month. He also praised all three of his wives, saying they are morally upright and have never been involved in competition or material demands.

Iqrar spoke openly about his marriages, mentioning that his first marriage was a love marriage, while during his second marriage, he lived in Lahore and Farah was in Karachi. He also candidly discussed his third marriage.

Addressing viral rumours on social media suggesting he is planning a fourth marriage, he clarified that there is no truth to such claims. He emphasized that none of his previous marriages were planned in advance; instead, they happened naturally as circumstances unfolded. He added that, as a child, he never imagined having three marriages and believed that even having two was wrong because of his father’s second marriage.
