Govt Launches Free AI Training Program - Check Deadline for Applications
Pakistan has taken another step to prepare its youth for future jobs. The National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), together with NETSOL Institute of AI, has announced a free AI skills training program for young people.
This program is launched under the Prime Minister’s Digital Pakistan Vision and the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme. It focuses on key modern skills, including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Cyber Security. The aim is to help students and professionals get ready for technology-based careers.
“This initiative will help create a new generation of digitally skilled professionals ready to compete globally,” officials said. They added that the program supports the country’s economic goals.
Who Can Apply and How
According to the details, the training will last for three months and will be held in Lahore. People aged between 18 and 40 years can apply. Applicants must have 16 years of education in subjects like IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Economics, or Engineering. Students who have completed their 7th or 8th semester can also apply.
Applications are being accepted online. The last date to apply is January 10, 2026.
Officials said this NAVTTC-NETSOL program shows the government’s effort to strengthen Pakistan’s digital economy by offering free, industry-focused training and creating more opportunities for young people.
