Udaipur, India: The CEO of Udaipur-based GKM IT Private Limited, Jeetesh Sisodia, has been arrested along with woman executive Shilpa Sirohi and her husband, Gaurav Sirohi, in connection with the alleged gang rape of a woman manager. The shocking incident reportedly took place on the night of December 20, 2025, following a birthday party hosted by Sisodia.

According to the complaint, the victim was heavily intoxicated and unable to drive after the party. Shilpa Sirohi, head of GKM IT, allegedly offered to drop the victim home, presenting it as a safety measure. However, the victim stated that her journey turned into a nightmare.

During the ride, the accused reportedly administered a substance resembling a cigarette, which caused the victim to lose consciousness. She later regained partial awareness and alleged that she was sexually assaulted by all three accused, forming the basis for the gang rape charge.

Shilpa Sirohi’s involvement is particularly alarming, as she is accused of not only orchestrating the victim’s lift home but also actively participating in the crime. Her husband, Gaurav Sirohi, is also named as an accomplice.

The case has been registered under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). Medical reports confirm injuries consistent with sexual assault. All three accused have been remanded to police custody, and the investigation is ongoing.

This case has sparked widespread outrage, particularly because GKM IT had previously touted itself as a “women-friendly workplace” with high internal ratings—a claim now under severe scrutiny. Legal experts and activists have called this incident a stark reminder of the abuse of power and authority in corporate workplaces.
