The rumors began circulating on December 25 after Italian gossip outlet Gazzetta reported an unverified Instagram post from Bomber’s DNA, claiming a romance between Pulisic and Sweeney.

Both celebrities are currently in committed relationships with other partners. Pulisic has been dating professional golfer Alexa Melton since June 2024. The couple has been seen together at public events, including the US Women’s Open and AC Milan’s 125th Anniversary party.
