Meghan Markle is struggling what sources describe as a extremely disturbing moment, as two key members of the Sussexes’ staff stepped down and her inner circle in quick succession. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex recently parted ways with their chief communications officer Meredith Maines quit in December less than a year into the role, followed days later by James Holt. the couple’s longest-serving aide and executive director of their Archewell Foundation, stepped down after nearly five years in the role.

Hilary A Fordwich, a royal expert also noted that the Megan may now find it hard to fascinate top talent, saying, “She has a track record of destroying relationships – both with her own family and, of course, the royal family – ruined relationships with her friends [and] her businesses. Her Netflix ratings have plummeted.”

“There is a consistent pattern of behavior and what it causes – and that’s her track record, and this is all part of that. There is one common denominator – and it’s her,” the expert added.
