Iran hits Israeli PM Netanyahu’s office in missile attack
Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) says its latest missile attacks targeted the office of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and the headquarters of the Israeli air force commander, further escalating tensions between the two nations.
According to Fars News Agency, the IRGC described the operation as part of the “tenth wave” of retaliatory attacks. The strikes were carried out with Kheibar missiles in what the Guard called a precise and surprise attack.
The IRGC claimed that the prime minister’s fate remains “in a cloud of uncertainty” and said the Air Force commander’s location was also struck, though no independent verification of their condition or whereabouts is available.
Iran said the attacks were a response to US and Israeli military actions against the country on Saturday. Israel confirmed that no casualties occurred but has not commented on the specifics of the strikes.
