Why Faisal Rehman Says No to Father Characters

As a senior actor now in drama the audience seen him in more senior roles, but is not usually seen playing the generic hero or heroine’s dad. During the conversation in show, he addresses this issue about playing hero’s father character and all the thing he told make totally sense to the audience who want him to see more of him on TV.

Faisal Rehman said he has no issue with playing a hero’s father but the role needs to meaty. The father needs to have a proper place in the script and he needs to do at least something on the show. He does not understand when he gets offered characters which are fillers and have nothing to do in the story.
