Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone Make Rare Public Appearance at Stylist Eka Lakhani’s Wedding

Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone continue to be one of Bollywood’s most admired couples. Since welcoming their daughter Dua, the couple has mostly stayed away from public appearances. Despite the massive success of ‘Dhurandhar’ last year, Ranveer has rarely attended media events in Mumbai. Ahead of the release of ‘Dhurandhar 2’ on March 19, the pair made a rare outing to attend the wedding of celebrity stylist Eka Lakhani and her longtime partner, producer Ravi Bhagchandka, on March 14.

While the couple did not pose for the red carpet and avoided paparazzi, a candid photo from the wedding quickly went viral on social media, shared by a guest on Instagram stories. The image captured Ranveer looking dapper in a white chikankari kurta, dark sunglasses, and a bearded look, while Deepika complemented him in a printed pink outfit adorned with traditional kundan jewellery.

Several prominent personalities from the film and sports industries also attended the wedding, including Aditi Rao Hydari and her husband Siddharth, Arjun and Sara Tendulkar with Arjun’s wife Saaniya Chandhok, and filmmaker Karan Johar. The evening reception saw the presence of Neha Dhupia with Angad Bedi, Riteish and Genelia Deshmukh, Bhumi Pednekar, Ranveer’s family, Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, and other celebrities.

Ranveer is now focusing on the upcoming release of ‘Dhurandhar 2,’ for which advance bookings have already opened, with trade experts predicting strong numbers for the opening day.
