Instagram now allows comment editing, But with a limit

Instagram has introduced a new feature that allows users to edit their comments after posting.

However, the editing option is only available for a short time. Users can change their comments within 15 minutes after posting. Once this time is over, the comment cannot be edited anymore.

The feature allows users to fix or update only the text in their comments. If a comment includes both text and an image, only the text can be changed while the image will stay the same.

Users can edit their comments as many times as they want during the 15-minute window. There is no limit on how many changes they can make within that time.

After a comment is edited, it will show an “Edited” label so others can know it was changed. However, users will not be able to see the previous versions or edit history.

This update gives users more control over their comments and helps fix mistakes quickly.
